Beautiful Nature And Pleasant Memories.
Growing up I lived with Nanny & Poppy.
We had the Sweetest Little Home, Enchanting Gardens, and
The FISH POND, (as we used to call it)….
Inhabited by Dancing Lily Pads covered with Pink and White
flowers—glistening emerald leaves—and lots of Gold Fish!
In the Spring I couldn't wait to get home from school—put
on my play clothes, and run to see what was happening.
There were pine trees, butterflies and many creatures that
lived there.
The Frogs were always perched on the side of the Pond or
on the Lily Pads. I would sit on the bench and watch the
Gold Fish dart around as if they were really playing games—!
That place and time thoroughly captivated my imagination.
“The experience encouraged, influenced, and is reflective of
my work today”.
In the past several years I’ve written Children’s Stories.
Primarily centered around Mr. Beeper.
He’s our darling pet and a motivating force in my life.
For a while I steered my efforts towards Storytelling.
Sharing my heartfelt stories with Bookstores, Assisted
living/Retirement homes, Schools, Etc. It was a lot of Fun—
but HARD work! I have a great deal of appreciation for “The
Storytelling Profession”.
“I’ve learned that everything (I throw myself into) has helped
me in some way—No matter how small it seems at the
time”. *Bravery Level Increases,too!
The “Stationery Plan”, (Alias):

Really began quite innocently. With encouragement from
my husband I investigated Blank Note Cards—began the
process of Teaching myself to use various programs on the
computer to replicate my work—
“I began sending them to Family & Friends” for Special
Occasions and sometimes just to “Say- Hi”.
People started to ask, “Donna can I buy your cards”?
I found the Acetate Boxes, Started the Presses.

Yeah!!
While nurturing Whimsical Watercolors,
I decided to ADD to my Resume another venture.
Great memories of “Being raised by my Wonderful Nanny &
Poppy”, loving to be around people that remind me (of
them) is always endearing

“Providing Inspirational Creative Painting Classes for Older
Adults of Assisted Living Communities,
Nursing Homes,& Senior Centers”.
In the Summers I teach Specialty Art’s & Craft’s—at local
Camps.
Working with “The Children” allows me to explore more Fun
Things to write about!
And Always Remember The Best Thing You Can Do
